FACT: 85% of the scholastic athletes who continue the Flex Band® training program for three or more years receive collegiate athletic scholarships.
SpeedDoctorz2 is proud to feature Flex Bands® as its main source of training.
Flex Band® products are used for:
- Flexibility training to reduce the risk of injury, and to decrease recovery time post-injury.
- Improving foot speed and agility.
- Strength training, specifically the assisted squat, for increasing explosiveness and the vertical jump.
Flex Band® techniques and equipment are used by the following colleges and professional teams: The Ohio State University,Youngstown State University, The University of Notre Dame, Miami University,Mount Union University, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Boston Red Sox, Texas Rangers, Cincinnati Reds, New York Giants, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Cleveland Cavaliers, Portland Trailblazers, and the Boston Celtics.
SpeedDoctorz2 also uses a variety of other equipment and training techniques to develop the "explosive athlete." This may include, but is not limited to: plyometrics, resisted running, over speed training, agility drills, core strengthening and balance training. We will always use the latest research from reputable sources when designing our programs.

Below is a price list of our standard programs:
1 - 1 hr - Athlete Speed & Agility Session - $25
4 - 1 hr Athlete Speed & Agility Sessions - $90
4 - 1 hr Athlete Speed & Agility Sessions - $90
1 - TEAM Session (10 or more athletes) - $150
1 - 1 hr - Athlete or Adult Personal Training - $45
1 - 1 hr - Adult Group Training (3 or more adults) - $20 each
1 - 1 hr - Adult Group Training (3 or more adults) - $20 each
4 - 1 hr - Adult Group Training sessions - $70
For teams of 20 athletes or more, sessions will be negotiated and determined based on how many athletes will be training. For our more extensive program costs, please contact us to discuss your personal needs.
