POSTPARTUM PROGRAM!
Bounce Back Blueprint is our 8 WEEK Postpartum Program.
PURPOSE: Moms will rebuild their strength, confidence, and athletic ability...safely, intentionally, and with a coach who leads from experience.
DESIGNED FOR: Moms who are 8-12 weeks postpartum or cleared by their doctor. All fitness levels are welcome.
INCLUDES:
- 2 In-Person Training Sessions Per Week
- 2 At-Home or “on your own” workouts weekly
- Core Rebuilding
- Functional Strength Training
- HIIT Conditioning
- Weekly Coaching Accountability
