ADULT BOOTCAMP
Our Adult Bootcamp sessions may involve anything from suicide sprints to an 8-exercise circuit with dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, or your own bodyweight. The workouts are always different and are designed for you to work your body intensely without skipping any elements and avoiding injury.
All training sessions are held by appointment only. Location and time will be set at time of booking.
